Location and Directions
Altus Air Force Base is east of Altus. The city is at the intersection of U.S. Highway 62 and State Highway 283. From U.S. Highway 62, turn north on Veterans Drive and follow signs to the main gate.
From State Highway 283, turn east on Falcon Road and follow the signs. The main gate is on Falcon Road. Visitors may be sent to the Visitor Control Center near the main gate for visitor-pass processing.

The clinic is closed on federal holidays and until 1:00 p.m. on the second and fourth Thursday of each month for training.
