The Installation Access Control Office handles registration and access services for visitors, contractors, vendors, and DoD ID card holders. Access-roster requests for Patch Barracks, Panzer Kaserne, Robinson Barracks, or Kelley Barracks must be submitted three workdays before access is needed. Housing and Lodging

Housing is located in four areas of the Stuttgart military community. Government-controlled housing has eligibility and waiting-list rules, and people arriving on PCS orders must in-process with the Housing Office. Temporary or loaner furnishings are available for eligible incoming and outgoing personnel for set periods.

Schools and Childcare

DoDEA schools are located at Panzer Kaserne, Patch Barracks, and Robinson Barracks. Stuttgart High School is on Panzer Kaserne, the middle school is on Patch Barracks, and elementary schools are on all three of those installations. Students may be bused to the school locations.
