Location and Directions

Naval Station Everett is on the Everett waterfront along Possession Sound. From northbound I-5, take Exit 192, merge onto Broadway, turn left onto Everett Avenue, and then turn right onto West Marine View Drive. Continue over the viaduct to the main gate.

From southbound I-5, take Exit 198 for Highway 529. Cross the Snohomish River Bridge, turn right onto West Marine View Drive, and continue to the main gate. Navy Support Complex Smokey Point is at 13900 45th Avenue Northeast in Marysville.

Visitor Information

The Visitor Control Center is in Building 1900 outside the main gate. It is open from 6:45 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. Monday through Friday and is closed on federal holidays. It handles visitor passes, BAVR requests, DBIDS badges, and VA service ID cards. Eligible visitors may need a REAL ID-compliant license or another accepted ID. The base does not allow general public visits. Non-U.S. citizens must request access at least seven days ahead and stay with a base sponsor. Housing and Lodging

The Housing Service Center helps with family housing, off-base housing, landlord issues, and public-private venture housing. It is in Building 2028, Room 115, at 2020 West Marine View Drive. Schools and Childcare

The Child Development Center cares for children from 6 weeks through 5 years. Hourly care is listed Monday through Friday from 5 a.m. to 7 p.m., but families should confirm space and eligibility at 425-304-3778. Certified Navy family child-care providers may serve children from birth through age 12. Youth programs include classes, field trips, sports clinics, homework help, and summer programs.

The installation directs families to local school districts rather than a DoDEA school on base. The School Liaison helps with school boundaries, transfers, special education, school changes, home schooling, and youth sponsorship. Call 360-328-9839.

Medical Services

The Naval Station Everett Branch Health Clinic is in Building 2010 at 2000 West Marine View Drive. Call 425-304-4060. The clinic is open from 7:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. Monday through Friday, but it closes after noon on Thursdays, as well as on weekends and federal holidays.

Dental hours are 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday, and 8 to 11:30 a.m. Thursday. Contact the clinic or TRICARE for current appointments, eligibility, referrals, and pharmacy details.

Recreation and Amenities

Recreation options include the Seismos Fitness Center, community recreation, the Liberty program, Sailors Choice Marina, marina and RV storage, Navy Getaways Jim Creek, dining and entertainment venues, and youth and family activities. MWR facilities are generally for authorized patrons and their guests.

Seismos Fitness Center is open from 5 a.m. to 8 p.m. Monday through Friday and 9 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. on weekends.
